「Upon arrival, it took about 10 mins to get to the front to help..she was very friendly though. The outside is kinda run down. When we got into the 2nd floor hallway, it smelled very bad. When we got into the room, I immediately noticed all of the horrible patches in the ceiling and a hole around the sprinkler head in the ceiling.
