The staff are amazing and understanding. Check In is simple and hassle free. It’s located just across the street from Walmart and is safe even for families with kids. The pool is nice and well maintained. The rooms are clean and all other amenities are clean and easily accessible. We don’t have pets but other guests do have pets on site. This place is truly a haven.

The entire thing was horrible. Safety concerns, there was drug use all around the property and in the rooms next to us, the room was not furnished with what we paid for, the room was dirty and there was no one ever available on staff to help

Rooms have a lot of mold and some rooms have water seeping in. All they’re doing is spraying with bleach and painting over. This will not kill the spores. They need a remediation company to take care of this problem. The only staff worth mentioning is Brie, Shakoia and James. They’ve been the most helpful New GM doesn’t follow through when she says she’ll do something for a guest I would not recommend staying at this hotel

This is not a Hotel, it is a place for recovery and for the homeless. Terri/GM is doing a wonderful job helping out the locals and deserves a medal. It's not a place for families, the hotel is in desperate need of repairs and up keeping. The pool area has not been attended to in weeks. We departed after the second night, because are dog was so sick and uncomfortable. I give the hotel credit for stepping up. but it's not a safe environment for unknown travelers to the area.
