「Another nice stay at the Village Blackpool. Warm welcome by the young lady on reception. Nice comfortable room . No drinking glass in the bathroom !!!!!!. 「I believe this hotel has had recent issues, and was closed for a while, Well, I can only congratulate the new owners for a fantastic job on the renovations. Some of the other buildings attached to the main hotel are possibly planned for future renovations, however this didn't spoil our stay in any way. 「This is a good hotel built at a Services Area suitable for breaks in between journeys. Staying in for one night is nit a bad idea except that its location is not that easy to find.」

「The St Ives is a really family friendly hotel. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The kids entertainment was very good. If I had one critique it would be that the £9 charge for a kids meal is quite expensive for a two year old. Maybe under 5’s should eat for less? It didn’t spoil our break though. 「Another amazing stay at The Spa Hotel, Ribby Hall. This was our third and probably best visit of all. The spa wasn’t overly busy, and the rain stayed away long enough to really enjoy the outdoor jacuzzis and enjoy a nice cold beer. We stayed on the Aqua Thermal Journey overnight stay with dinner allowance. The food was delicious as you’d expect from a high standard hotel.
