"Room is dirty (the floor, the sheets, the pillow, yellow running water). We booked a room through Expedia for 2 nights stay. "Friendly staff who go beyond the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. Good spread for breakfast. No major issues for the hotel for me apart from the slow lifts. Otherwise good value for money and I would definitely stay again if I return to Pekanbaru. Great job!"
