「Apparently the usual process is to receive a lock box code which gives access to the room key. This didn't happen and although there was someone in the restaurant on the ground floor, waiting for others (it turned out) to make the place ready for service, he just shouted at me through a locked (glazed )door, then ignored me. 「Vielleicht haben wir einen schlechten Tag erwischt aber wenn offiziell Öffnungszeiten angegeben sind, dann sollte auch für einen Gast die Bar geöffnet sein. Die Lichter wurden bewusst aus gelassen, denn offensichtlich war der Rezeptionist der einzige Mitarbeiter, der an dem Tag alles managen musste - also auch die Bar. Dafür können wir als Gäste aber leider nichts. Wir mussten, da die Kinder oben einschlafen wollten außerhalb des Zimmers irgendwo verweilen und nach 30 min Warten im Außenbereich...
