"I will start off by saying that based on our experience, this hotel is not a value for the amount of money that is charged to stay here. Prior to booking I sent the hotel 2 emails regarding getting there and some other specifics regarding our stay. They never replied. However based on the other reviews we decided to book a room for 1 night. Since we arrived by S Bahn we tried to get into the hotel by the park side entrance.
