「The description was inaccurate. There were 3 apartments sharing bathrooms, kitchen and toilet. The kitchen and toilet were not clean and smelly.」

Hosts were available for any questions or needs and live on the ground floor of the property. Great for a business trip, couples stay or small family. Would definitely return if the opportunity arrises.」

「This property was the best choice we could have made as a family. Located in a quiet neighborhood, nearby to plenty of dining options, and walkable within 15 minutes to the main area near Lake Zurich. The accommodations were very spacious and airy, clean and comfortable (2 bedroom luxury apartments). The private rooftop veranda was a nice bonus when not raining. Trams pass in front of the apartment making for additional ease in getting around. Train station was a 12-15 minute very easy/flat walk...

「我們有4個人，租這家附有廚具的飯店兩晚。我們準備食材打算在飯店煮晚餐，但我們到飯店時發現雖然有爐具，但却沒有任何一個鍋子（包括湯鍋跟炒鍋），有烤箱，卻沒有烤架、烤盤。 我們打第一次電話給飯店，飯店說馬上送來，我們等了一小時，打了第二次電話，飯店說20分鐘會到，於是我們等了兩小時，沒有半個人來，飯店讓我們一直等也都沒聯絡我們，我們打了第三次電話，結果飯店說晚上不送來了，要隔天早上9:00後才送，我們要求賠償，飯店要我們寫mail，我們寫了，到現在沒有收到任何回覆。 隔天早上，我們外出時，飯店送來兩個湯鍋放在爐上，一個直徑約24公分，一個約直徑12公分，不僅小，而且還很髒。這樣的服務真的太差了，附有廚具卻不能讓人做飯，跟飯店所提的設備根本不相符，飯店是違約的。」

「旅館密碼進不去，害我們多花2萬台幣選別間暫時過夜，入住後發現烤箱內都是食物碎屑，晚上睡覺時窗戶全部緊閉，每天凌晨3、4點還會聽到樓下有人在大吼大叫，上層浴室水會嚴重忽冷忽熱，而且水流很小」
