The property was clean and everyone was helpful and friendly. There were no ice machines or microwaves. The fridge was full of overpriced snacks. The hotel was near Koreatown, a variety of restaurants, cafes, delis, and subway stops. It was loud until late at night on the weekends, but not as loud as it would be if the hotel was by Times Square. It is centrally located to make it a great location for a Manhattan trip. Unfortunately, didn't get to take advatange of the drink and snacktime in the early evening.

Great spot in Little Italy! Staff was great! Treats in the morning and a great rooftop view!

Loved how friendly the staff was and loved the complimentary s’more and mojito when we checked in!

I want to give 10 stars for this hotel! It was the best experience in New York’s hotel!!! I will totally coming back many times with my family, friends or for the work trips! The manager of the hotel were very respectful to my request since we were celebrating my friend birthday, they did a lot of surprises for us in the room! I’m very grateful for it! Totally recommend to visit!

The check in process was a nightmare. Room was not ready at 3pm. Desk staff was saying that there was still people in room due to late check out. How is that allowed or our problem. Offered no remedy just stand and feel stressed. After 15 mins or so they suddenly had a room. But check in closer to 4. A lot if stress for no good reason. We had travelled all night and needed to get to our room on time. Unacceptable.
