The breakfast spread is AMAZING! And the staff is friendly and welcoming. Don't shy away from asking them about tips when you travel, pretty hands-on with that. The location is perfect! We travelled with a 2 year old and taking her in a stroller (although it was slightly cold and windy) and walking to the points around downtown we wanted to visit was a great decision. You can park by the street in front of the hotel (for freeeeeee) if you can find a spot.

Excellent stay in terms of ease of use of app for entry and other communication, cleanliness, thoughtful additions to room such as water bottles and shopping bag, use of washer/dryer which was great after spending a couple weeks traveling. Great stay @Reykjavik near sea side

Very good & friendly service and really excellent breakfast. The hotel.is on walking distance from the seaside. The bed is a bit small for two and I am not sure if there is a superior room with larger beds. The rooms are a bit noisy, you hear everything from the people in the isles.

30th anniversary

We went to Iceland for a 30th anniversary trip but also to spendtime with family. We had a wonderful time there. The hotel was very accommodating with a great breakfast to start the day. There was so much variety to choose from. Yulia was so helpful and fun to talk to. We loved being there
Northern lights were a tad hard to get because it was so cloudy, but these were taken even though it was overcast

Breakfast was amazing and sets you up for the day. Staff are very helpful and personable. Rooms are clean and spacious. I would recommend this hotel. It's a short walk to bus stop 13 by but Foss Hotel Lind is nearer if you have mobility issues.
