「工作人員不誠實，帳單錯誤經過反應還是硬辯。例如被告知的meal plan for價格最後被亂算，並且還多收一天。經過反應還說meal plan不能一天單買⋯⋯ 並且還竄改帳單細節。這樣價格住宿卻是這樣的管理水準，很失望！」

「Beqa Lagoon Resort was an absolutely phenomenal experience for us. The location is beautiful and relaxing, the prepaid meal plan (3 meals a day) is delicious, and all the activities the resort put on are fun and engaging. The diving was enjoyable, but the highlight was definitely the shark dives. The dive team are well informed and are able to provide good insight into the nearby shark population and their place in the ecosystem.
