"Excellent location, across the street from old town Bucharest, and all of the other " must see places" in Bucharest. Great restaurants nearby also. The apartment was large, modern, comfortable bed, had a little kitchen with everything I needed, Robes and slippers, great air conditioning ( it was 90 degrees outside during our visit), soaps and lotions, a makeup mirror, and very clean. The breakfast on the 6th floor was GREAT.. plenty of cooked options, bread, fruit, great coffees.. Staff were very helpful and kind. The only thing that this hotel does not have is that it is not " Posh and luxurious" , but to me I would rather be at this hotel and have everything I want and need to be comfortable!"

The staff were especially helpful and friendly, especially Sari who checked me in and answered many questions that I had… she also gave me a very nice room with a balcony on the top level of the hotel for no additional charge.."

"We experienced an unfortunate incident with the front desk manager concerning several bottles of water that hotel staff had offered to our group of college students. Because we needed to change rooms, the students brought the bottles downstairs with their luggage. The manager questioned them and accused them of taking the water from the housekeeping supply closet. The accusation was both embarrassing and upsetting, especially since the water had been given to us by hotel staff. What was most disappointing was the lack of a sincere apology after the misunderstanding was explained. We had traveled from New York to Bucharest, and being treated as though we had stolen a few bottles of water was insulting and unprofessional. Ironically, the students did not even like the mineral water, so the bottles were ultimately left at the hotel. Even more we were returning from humanitarian mission trip from a village 3 h away from Bucharest ! We hope management will address this matter and ensure that future guests are approached respectfully and given an opportunity to explain before accusations are made."
