"Very Clean and The new management that took over has kept it up nicely. Still love the covered parking spots that keep your vehicle out of the sun. Location is great IMO because it’s quiet and I don’t mind the 3 block walk to the boardwalk. Only negative and just a small one is that the tv remote/ cable service was not good. Couldn’t get tv program guide to come on with the remote, so just channel surfed until I found something to watch. It was raining so was inside tv watching otherwise wouldn’t have even turned tv on. Would definitely stay again. Everything else was great. No issues."

"Hotel staff were so polite! Some of my friends had forgotten toothbrushes and they were able to provide some. Towels were plentiful and they had no problem with us asking for more. The location is really amazing, easy walk to the beach and the hallway to get there has a beautifully painted mural and chairs to sit and enjoy the ocean view from afar. It’s also just far enough from the boardwalk that the beach near it wasn’t too crowded ! For all that I think Henlopen is worth it and I would definitely come back!"

"We will definitely be back even with a slow elevator. They have a coffee pot in the room but they serve a continental breakfast but the trip up and down the elevator was time consuming. I would bring my own coffee pot. We had a problem with our fridge and freezer and they replaced it asap with a new one. The beds are so comfortable I slept the best I have ever slept since being home. Good value for the money. It definitely needs an update but it was great. If we make it back next year we will request the lower level. The pool is great too."

"The hotel was clean and parking was fine! The staff was pleasant. The breakfast left something to be desired. The room was clean. The bed was not very comfortable and the bathroom really didn't have enough room on the counter. My biggest complaint with the bathroom was the shampoo, conditioner and body wash was very difficult to squeeze. Not really great for anyone with arthritic hands. I understand trying to be green, but you need to make that part a little easier for older adults."

"The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location was close to the beach, yet conversely, it was also a serene location. The pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, and drying bars were all great amenities, and so were the lounge, ice machine, and self-serve station downstairs. The bikes and beach chairs (that come with locks, yes), were an inspiring amenity I would love to see in more short-term rentals, and my partner and I enjoyed using them to get around during our stay. The owners were very accommodating, and helped us out upon arrival with everything we needed and were a text away if we had any additional questions or concerns. If you're visiting Rehoboth Beach, I would consider this spot is a hidden gem."
