「Cute place. I enjoyed my room - especially the fireplace and my bed was super comfy. The biergarden was closed so I didn’t get to visit that part of it the property. I had an early flight out of Dulles the next morning so I let her know at check in that I would miss breakfast. Other B&B’s I have stayed at packed me a breakfast to go when I let them know I had to leave early - no such luck here. Which is fine, it’s just a nice touch. 「Great place to stay! Super clean and well maintained. The decor is historic boutique at its best. Lots of charming touches. There is an outdoor terrace and a communal sitting area with coffee, chess boards, and lots of historic books. My kids loved the loft bed. It felt like a second bedroom to them with their own space. When searching for place to stay to visit Shenandoah and Luray Caverns, most were bed and breakfast type places, cabins that looked old and not clean, or roadside motels....
