「There are two Plume of Feathers in Cornwall. If you search for the one in Portscatho on Google this one is likely to show up and I made the mistake in booking it. When I contacted them once I had realised my error they said it was not up to them to refund but Expedia - who I contacted. They were helpful and sympathetic - but they said it was actually at the discretion of the host who they contacted on my behalf but they declined my request. I again contacted the PoF to ask them to reconsider...

「A B&B that I will definitely stay again whenever I visit St. Austell. Warm, cozy and great location (it only takes less than 5 mins walking distance from St. Austell station, 10 mins walk to town centre) it's like going home as owner was friendly and warm, deco was warm and lovely, and most of all, home cooked and wide choice of breakfast was magnificent. I believe it is the worthiest place to stay with all these and amazingly low pricing charged. Big thumb up and highly recommended.」

Very disappointed that they had a special curry and pint offer where you couldn't have and alternative drink and when we ordered the curry anyway we were charged £20 without the beer wheras it was £15 with the beer!」

「Property okay- adequate for a short stay. In need of a bit of TLC. Room clean and spacious enough. Tea/coffee and small fridge. Swimming pool onsite which we used a lot due to heat! Also in need of TLC but large enough to cool off and enjoy. Fan only in room. No air conditioning. Staff friendly and helpful. 「Delightful cabin stay. Easy booking. Clear communication including a very detailed instruction given our late check-in (nice additional touch leaving a lamp on in the cabin to help our arrival). Excellent fit and finish throughout including the separate toilet and shower block. Convenient Spar opposite and a lovely walk to Par beach via the local coffee shop. Had the opportunity to meet the owner on check-out who was also lovely. Highly recommended」
