Lovely stay. Great hotel and location. Room was fantastic as were the staff. Randomly they don’t sell crisps or peanuts at the bar - which I thought was odd. Still a 5 star stay though.

Staff are amazing. Front of house were so helpful. They are in the midst of replacing the carpets in the bedrooms which is needed. But the hotel is so lovely. Very clean and close to everything that you need.

Beautiful hotel in prime location overlooking the estuary and Padstow harbour. couple of minutes walk to harbour and amenities. Staff were very friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. Room was spacious and well equipped. Amazing views from the restaurant. To be honest it’s difficult to find anything we were not happy with at all. Highly recommended

We had booked two rooms at this hotel. The one we stayed in had a really overpowering sewage smell coming from the bathroom, which would be ‘covered up’ with a lot of air fresheners after house cleaning. I complained about it to staff and nothing was changed, with staff not mentioning it again. The other room was fine, and, besides the smell, both rooms were clean and very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was good, though the complimentary breakfast has very few options (they really want you to upgrade for a paid cooked breakfast). The staff were lovely and hard working, I just wished they had at least helped me understand what was going on with the smell in the bedroom.
