"The resort, beach, and all the kids amenities were excellent but it felt a bit lacking in service compared to other resorts we’ve stayed at. Some of the staff were unenthusiastic, food was inconsistent and poorly labeled/described, and it was hard to communicate at times with some of the staff not speaking English. Overall we had an amazing time but it didn’t have that extra level of service you would expect from a high-end resort."

"Very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful, but many do not speak English. Buffet was very good and its presentation was amazing ! Must make reservations for restaurants a couple of days in advance as they fill up fast. Entertainment was very good. 70's/80's night was my favorite. Had an 80min deep tissue massage by the pool. I can honestly say it was one of the best I have ever had. Blue Lagoon excursion a must!! Overall I was very pleased and would definitely stay here again. "

"We had a great stay at Serenade Punta Cana Beach & Spa Resort. The property is very clean and well maintained, and the amenities overall are strong. It never felt overcrowded, which made the experience even more enjoyable and relaxed. The beach is spacious, giving you plenty of room to unwind without feeling packed in. The team truly stood out—everyone was warm, welcoming, and consistently helpful throughout our stay. For families, the waterslides are a big win—fun, easy, and a great way to keep kids entertained. Food-wise, the buffet was a highlight with great variety and quality. The specialty restaurants were a bit mixed—some were excellent, others a bit less memorable—but the teppanyaki experience was fantastic. The chef brought great energy and made it a fun, engaging dinner. Sushi was creative (a bit reinvented, but enjoyable), and the burger truck by the beach was a great casual option done right. If there’s one opportunity, it would be expanding the sports offering—adding tennis, pickleball, or padel courts, or even partnering with a nearby facility, would elevate the overall experience. Overall, a very solid stay with a great balance of comfort, service, and atmosphere. Definitely a place we’d come back to. "

"This place is the best!!!! The whole place was clean, not even a leaf on the walkways! The swim up bar was amazing. The staff is so much fun and keep you entertained. They are so friendly and will do anything to help you. The food was great and had a wide variety of options. The steak house was my favorite, the steak was the size of my head. The rooms were cleaned everyday and you could smell the cleaning products they used when you walked into the room everyday. I have no complaints about this place! "
