「DO NOT STAY HERE! We arrived at 5:15 for the designated 5:00 check in time. The entire office was locked up. We called the phone number 5 times with no answer. Finally, someone came outside and told us that they had sent us info on how to access "after hours" keys. After hours? It was 5:15.
