「We stayed here previously but this time it was horrible. The refridgerator didnt work since day 1 out of my 3 day stay. The AC didnt work . Tje feont desk receptionist tried to take payment and it was their system error , he handed keys and we went to the room. Early morning at 5am i see my card was slided almost 11times. My husband went to ask so early in the morning and then by the time it was figured my card was blocked by the bank for possible fraud activity. I am not sure what was wrong...

「The only thing positive was the very polite and helpful staff. The hotel is currently under renovation and has a distinct chemical smell to it. There was mold in the bathroom and the carpet felt damp. The pool was murky and something that looked like vomit was on the floor next to the seating area. No towels in sight. I could go on but will just sum it up by saying it was disgusting. Also be prepared to give a $100 cash deposit and be told if you lose the receipt you forfeit the deposit?? I...

「All the staff are so welcoming. There is no deposit unless you have pets. It's fairly quiet. Beds are comfy. 」

「I had a terrific stay and the staff were super friendly and helpful. But when I woke up with mysterious bites all over me, I did my research. I have several videos and pictures of the copious amounts of bed bugs in my sheets. I brought it to management attention and again were super helpful. However, after staying several nights before the discovery, we were only compensated for ONE! So beyond furious! Just do better people. That is all.」
