「The entire building rooms, owner, amenities were wonderful. An absolutely lovely respite on a cold winter day.」

「I enjoyed my night here and the deep soaking jetted tub was just what I needed to relax. Ashley was very kind as was the rest of the staff. I appreciated the secure on site parking which was included. My made to order omelette was delicious for breakfast. 」

「Room was clean and in great condition. Came with all the standard amenities and some very swanky furnishings. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a very convenient location and offers both in-room, on site, and nearby breakfast and dining options. I stayed here in January and, while I was highly pleased with how quiet it was, I cannot speak to whether the same would be true when the event calendar at Wrigley Stadium is active. Would stay here again.」

「Completely loved our stay. Probably the best hotel in all Chicago. Amenities are great and the staff are even better. 」

「Clean room. Very small room and bathroom so if you want space this isn’t for you. Housekeeping is only every 3 days unless you ask. Parking is around the block which isn’t very convenient. You’re only allowed to leave the garage once a day to pay the daily rate $31 or you’ll be charged hourly which would get very expensive so that makes it tough to plan your day around one trip out of the garage per day. Staff was great. Overall a great place to stay!!! 」

「酒店服务出乎意料的差，是我住过所有四季酒店中最差的：打电话给服务部门送红酒杯，打了两次第二天才送到😂要求送的拖鞋浴袍送的速度不能更慢，刀叉就一直🈚️送到。房间的喝水杯清理拿走就不补充， 完全不是一个星级酒店的服务更别提是五星级酒店。恨失望。」

「The room is not cleaned every day! Attract customers with low prices, and then charge for floating rooms seven days ago! It's a scam at all ! The bed was too high and the chair wobbled! Toilet exhaust fan and air conditioner are too noisy!」
