「The bedside lamp didn’t work because there was no power from the outlet. A staff member came and brought another lamp, but that didn’t solve the problem since the outlet itself had no electricity. The issue was never fixed during our stay. Very disappointing service.」

「I was thoroughly impressed with everything offered inside Okana. From check-in, to the spacious room, then the restaurants, and finally the indoor/outdoor water park areas. The arcade was great for kids and adults. I loved how I didn't need to carry around my wallet because the wristband gave me access to everything and was used to charge my room. Coming to this resort was totally worth it! 」

「The guy at Check in was very nice. We were there for a party and he couldn’t get us close to the event so he reduced our price to $65. It was a nice and comfy room with a full fridge. The shower water pressure was amazing too. There is a Taco Bell right next door too so big plus for us 」
