"Nice locations"

"Room had blood and vomit on the walls and doors. Toilet wouldn't flush. Makeup and eyeliner shavings in the sink. Dirty towel in shower. Just overall not clean. Can tell they hit the high spots and thats it. They asked if we just wanted to stay in the room, told them absolutely not with blood present. They finally moved us to another room. We were booked 3 nights but when we asked the housekeeper for clean towels she said she'd give us some. We didn't get any and when we called the front desk about it, they informed us that no cleaning services were done to rooms with multiple days booked, which meant no clean towels available. They did eventually send some up via robot. For what we paid per night...absolutely not worth it. "

"The hotel was great. We will be staying there in the near future. The breakfast great. Rooms was very clean. Staff very polite, kind. Our grand daughter love the water park. Thank you so much making us feel welcome. We have to return the Kansas City in the near future and we will be booking at this location again. Liberty /Kansas City on N. Church Rd. "

"We’ve always enjoyed staying at Embassy Suites, but it just isn’t what it used to be. In the past I felt it was worth paying a little more for amenities, but the evening reception is now so limited. Two very weak drinks and very minimal snacks. The breakfast used to be amazing, but now, with the exception of of the cooked to order omelets, it’s less than average. Sadly, I just don’t think it’s worth it anymore!"

"The person at the desk when I checked in was very nice and informative. The next moring when I went to check out and tell her/them about an issue woth something were not. I stood at the desk for a few minutes before a clerk with gray hair ignored me and another dark haired young girl was on the phone. Not only was I ignored but, when the oher clerk got off the phone they started talking to each other like I wasn't standing right in front of them. This made me feel not welcome, and that whatever it was I (the paying customer) needed something didn't matter. Basic customer service would have been the lady counting her drawer "look up and Acknowledge I was standing there and say "I'll be right with you". Instead of ignoring me llike I wasn't there. This infuriated me. And I made it known that it did. They both just stood there staring at me and never apologized. I told them that I was to stay there again on my way back to FL but I had to rethink canceling because of the lack of service I received the morning of my check out. The issue with the room was that the blow dryer was sticky and gross. It needed to be replaced OR cleaned off really good. I left it on the bathroom sing with a note stating what was wrong with it. I do hope this issue was taken care of and not ignored like I was. "
