"Love this hotel. All staff are so friendly and welcoming and we were lucky to have an early check in which we really appreciated. Rooms are very clean and comfortable and the bathroom has a powerful shower! Breakfast on the rooftop balcony has a good variety of all foods which can be served to you or you can choose at the buffet. Views from there are amazing overlooking the Zócalo. We loved the snack bar where there were drinks and snacks available free 24hrs a day! We will be returning!"

"I did not use it because the hotel and hotels.com were very incomprehensible due to a double reservation. I will never use Holiday inn again, and soon leave hotels.com. Too many options and it is a shame that for only 150 usd more you loose a long time costumer… so long"

"The hotel was conveniently located within the historic district, walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. I was satisfied with the amenities and service at the hotel. The room was adequate for what you pay for, certainly nothing fancy. My only complaint is that they lack a fan in the bathroom for ventilation."
