「Chambre impeccable Accueil efficace 」

「#1: Google Maps failed to get us to the property every time. This is not the fault of the owners, but it is something every visitor should know. #2: check-in time is 5:00. We arrived way too early, but we were lucky that our room was already clean and ready. Our host was very nice and accommodating. J’avais pourtant demandé une chambre supérieure, mais on m’a attribué une chambre en rez-de-chaussée qui ressemblait à une catégorie économique oubliée des années 70 : odeur d’humidité persistante, salle de bain minuscule et dans son jus, serviettes d’entrée de gamme. Pas d’acceuil. Pour un établissement noté au-dessus de 9/10, je m’attendais à tout autre chose. Il y a manifestement un décalage entre la réputation en ligne et la réalité sur place.」

「Everything was great very nice. Only issue was that we had no hot water to shower the morning we left, which ironically enough is exactly why we booked them because of a hot water issue at another facility. As we left they told us it was fixed and we could use it but we were already packed up and had plans/timetables for the day. Otherwise it was a great place to stay.」

「We arrived in Cherbourg by sailboat, but the journey had been rough and we were feeling cold wet and tired, and wanted a nearby place to recuperate, rather than sleep on our boat in the cold weather. This place was ideal. We had good wash and sleep, and was refreshed for our onward sailing journey.」
