Great hotel! Restaurant in lobby is great! Blayne the server was awesome! Just area around hotel is a bit dirty of an area. 9/10 will always chose this place for the price as well!

The rooms smell like stale water. Our room had stains on the back wall in the bathroom looking like bloodily fluids - the hotel staff came and cleaned the room but the stain remained. The pool area is run down. The staff was more concerned I had a water bottle in the pool area than the multiple guests spitting in the pool from the slide deck.

I said to my family “I’m glad we stayed here. Now we know we never need to come back.” The hotel was under construction (which I hadn’t been told) the area around the place was dirty and not from construction, there were shoeless, shirtless (what looked like homeless) people running in and out of the building at all hours, the pool/waterslide area was incredibly loud with music blaring, no supervision so kids were walking up the slide backwards, the side entrance areas were full of debris and dirt, we went to the Corner Pub inside the hotel and the woman who served us was not very knowledgeable about what they served and looked like she’d rather be ANYWHERE else but there. On the positive side - the beds were clean (not comfortable however, soft and shaky) and the staff was friendly and efficient.

First room smelled like dog piss, so I complained and they moved me to some sort of dungeon room. It was just a strange place in a seemingly unsafe area.

The first room we were given was flooded. The floor had puddles, the beds were soaked with water, even the phone was wet. There was a huge bulge of water in the ceiling. After driving a long ways, we were tired and had to walk a long ways to the room and then back to the front desk to get a different room (which was right beside the first one) and back to the new room. The staff could've told us we could've parked closer to an accessible entrance. The hallway out the back of the hotel, where we parked was dirty, and was never cleaned the whole time we were there (we stayed two nights). I met someone out back who was staying there and they warned us about bedbugs

Stinky and sketchy The front desk staff were nice and friendly. The crazy lady in the pink shirt who works in the pool area was a nightmare. I decided to risk staying here, in spite of the reviews, because my daughter wanted a poolside room. I regret it now. The room was smelly and musty. The smell did not go away the whole time we were there. You can’t air out the room because it opens onto the pool. It was like staying in a damp cellar. I had hoped that by reserving a “newly renovated” room it would be nicer than the old rooms, but it still smelled so bad. The floor had dust and hair on it, one of the towels was dirty, and the tub had orange stuff splashed on it and standing water that I didnt want to put my hand in to open the drain. They sent a handyman to drain it and he said the orange substance splashed on the side of the tub was “nonslip coating”…. The ac was smelly and LOUD. Then, when the pool closed at 9 (check the pool hours, they are weird and limited) this crazy lady came and rattled our door knob and was walking up and down, swearing and talking very loud. Turned out she works there. She kept yelling at the guy she was working with. I thought it was some crazy, drunk hotel guests, but she actually works there. They were at it until well after 11 pm. In the morning, they started vacuuming right outside our door and AGAIN freaked us out by jiggling the door knob. Luckily we had it bolted and the security lock on. The place was a huge disappointment.

There was no back entrance so we had to carry our stuff down two long hallways

Love the hotel. It is in the worst end of Regina, high drug use and crime. Don’t go outside at night alone. You will get robbed or stabbed. Couple of the staff are amazing. The one guy at the desk is awful to deal with.

The property is under renovation so we cannot really evaluate it in terms of cleanliness. The rooms inside are good the bed solid and beautiful linen and pillows. TV program solid but my time was too short to watch the TV. looking forward visiting it next time by then they must have completed with renovation around to give my full evaluation

The pool is very over chlorinated. Everything we wore in the pool is faded and still smells of chlorine 2 weeks and multiple washes later. Our AC didn’t cool the room off very well. While we got prompt service, our room only had 1 towel in it and no facecloths or other towels when we arrived. For a mainly empty hotel this was surprising. The pool staff weren’t helpful either, just posted on their phones the entire time we were there and were rude to us when we “interrupted”

Clean eventhough they were doing renovations. Staff was efficient and welcoming. The pool was amazing and family oriented. Have already recommened this hotel to family.

This property is undergoing what appears to be a slow renovation. Portions of the main floor are under construction. The floors above the main are abhorrent. They are rundown and dirty to a degree that is near post-apocalyptic. The renovated rooms on the main floor are nice - similar to what you would expect from a mid-tier hotel. The pool area is wonderful, but could use a refresh. Outside there were a lot of people under the influence. My car’s security camera caught at least three people checking out my car for stuff to steal. They do have free EV charging (Tesla and CCS2 - 2 stalls - Level 2 48Amp) which was great. This will be a great property once fully renovated and if they can get someone to chase off the problem-makers in the parking lot. I suggest asking the state of renovations and what amenities are available before booking.
