「Attitute of frontdesk (at least 2 of them I had dealing with) was indifferent, everyone else is fine, bartenders, cleaners and the travel agent. Equipments were not quite completed so do remember to bring your own toiletries. Except for toothbrush and toothpaste(which is fine with me), there was no shampoo or shower gel in the room either. Soap and towel are all you can have in the bathroom. 」

「I chose it mainly because it is just across the street from the Long Distance Bus Terminal, There are many other hotels/guesthouses around the Station but this one seemed to be the best (and only high-rise). The price was decent and I could just walk across the street, finding things to eat in the bus station (a lot of choice). The room is relatively spacious and comfortable. 「Excellent hotel, a little bit noisy room. The pools needed a refresh and the pool bar doesn not have many options at the menu, we missed fruits or fresh salads... In the other hand, the breakfast was AMAZING!!! with a lot of options every morning, even for celiac and vegans. Excellent staff.」
