「The property is a cat lover paradise. The meals offered were fantastic, and the family operating this hotel were lovely and accommodating. I would definitely go back!」

「Zeer mooie accommodatie en hele nacht service en bewaking aanwezig bij de receptie. Ook een heerlijk zwembad en in de avond is het restaurant open met groente uit eigen moestuin. Zeker een aanrader voor rust en vrijheid!」

「À ce prix là vue sur autoroute!!!!! En plus on a payé un surplus car la chambre était rénovée. Franchement problème de nettoyage douche. Déjà des moisissures aux niveau des joints du carrelage de la douche italienne. À ce prix là j’attendais vraiment mieux. Mettre une bouilloire dans la chambre sans adaptateur de prise italienne c’est une blague ? Par contre personnel très agréable. 」

「An amazing hotel. You won't expect you will stay at such an excellent place. Villa Carlotta is an elegant villa (yes, it is really a villa) with historical looking and modern accommodation. There are free private parking spaces within the villa. It is not far from the central Firenze. You can even walk to the downtown within 30 minutes. The breakfast is outstanding, for both food and place. We took some pictures in wedding dress here. Thank you. It is definitely one of the most wonderful places...

「酒店距离佛罗伦萨ZTL不远，步行至大教堂和米开基罗广场差不多半个小时的时间，客房很干净明亮，早餐不错，不限量，可自取，前台也热情，住了一晚，没啥可抱怨的。对自驾客来说，最合适，省缺了停车的麻烦。缺点：就是大门容易错过，如果导航要求“右转”的话，你要在前面小路马上右转，因为在向前十米就是一条有红绿灯的大道，如果你在这右转的话，就错过酒店的大门了。又要绕一圈回来了，就像我一样。」

「一家精品酒店，离市区有些距离，但因为此闹中取静。复古的房间，精致而典雅，还有很周到的服务，在这度过愉快的三晚。酒店有巴士可以免费送到市区或车站。」

「Really lovely hotel, nice staff and great service. Room was really nice, very comfy bed. Breakfast ok- limited choices in the buffet and no menu for hot breakfast. The outside courtyard was so lovely, perfect for an evening cocktail. Location good, you can walk into the centre of Florence within 15 mins. 」
