「Basic hotel, nice and clean my only complaint is that the bed was horrible!! We had a metal bed frame that was so squeaky. Anytime I moved on the bed it would make so much noise. The bed felt weak and felt like a pull out couch 」

「the staff is overworked. there is trash in the parking lot. The breakfast is substandard. The toaster does not work plus some things were missing. The room seemed clean but could be upgraded. Could not figure out how to work climate control until the front desk person showed me how. Instructions should be provided to prevented frustration. Many Hispanic workers loitered in the public areas causing concern. Would not want to stay there again.」

「There was alot of construction going on with equipment all over the place, we also weren’t able to sleep as the walls are paper thin and we could hear the people in the rooms next to us. As we we were waiting for the elevator there was a couple in the room next to it having sex and being extremely loud we could hear them down the hall. 」

「The area at the back of the property was not very clean. There was dog poop all over the grass and discarded old furniture, BBQ grill etc., in the tennis court. The windows in the room were drafty and you could hear every single sound from outside. The internet went out in our room and they did send someone to fix it right away. The staff was nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable. There were lots of dining options nearby. 」

「Bed bugs in our room. No rooms available so ended up having to leave at 1am. Traveled with family in the same car and so they had to leave as well. Still awaiting the decision on a refund for the other two rooms. 」

「The first thing we noticed when we walked into the room was an overwhelming smell of a spicy, musky men's cologne. I'm not sure what the smell was but it was powerfully awful. The room was ok. The carpet has seen better days and the bathroom was not ver clean. The corners of the floor and the sink definitely needed a good scrubbing. The AC worked great and the bed was pretty comfortable. When we checked in and out, the staff acted like they couldn't be bothered with our presence. They weren't...
