"This hotel was clean, updated, and in a great location. It is walkable to all of the shopping and activities in downtown Pasadena. The staff was friendly and professional. Parking is in a safe deck and is very easily accessible from your room as you can park on whichever floor your room is on. Highly recommend! "

"Needed to be staffed better. They sell resort passes so the pool was crowded and only one server taking orders. He was doing his best but there was too many people to help with only one server. "

"Osa is a lovely spot for a drink, but plan on dining elsewhere. Breakfast buffet is serviceable but not worth the $. Not enough towels in the room, and the hvac in the bathroom never shuts off. Otherwise a great option for lodging in Pasadena, with 8$ parking across the street!"
