"old facility need to renovate. My first room was next to the elevator, I hear sound of people and elevation sound all night. Could not sleep that night. I moved to another room the next day. The hotel in general, fitness center, building, bedding is not meet Marriot's standard. Uncomfortable and not really clean. Kitchen is poor in supplies, only 1 little knife, 1 pot 1 scratched pan that I did not use nor cook. I was suprised why this hotel is part of Marriot. Breakfast is decent. "

"After checking in we went to the room and had to wait 10 mins outside for the cleaning lady to finish cleaning the room. 30 mins after we got in the room the wife and I decided to have an intimate moment before going to the beach. A different cleaning lady opened the door completely unannounced while we were in the middle of our moment. We yelled out her to get out at which time she tried to argue we were in the wrong room. We were not in the wrong room. I immediately reported this incident to the front desk and a manager was supposed to reach out. They never called. I went to the front desk the next day and reported it again and once again the manager never made contact with me. The fact that they clearly do not care that my wife and I were intruded upon while naked and having sex is beyond my understanding. It’s hard to sleep in a place not knowing if someone is gonna bust open the door unannounced and the manager doesn’t care enough to call and make us feel safe about our stay."
