「The breakfast menu was fine. The property felt very safe. My only concern was the almost child size height of the toilet was very low and difficult for someone my age with a bad knee. Other than that it was a wonderful experience and I will be certain to stay at Hampton Inns in the future. The staff was impressively helpful and courteous. 」

「The staff are just great. Friendly and courteous. What I didn't like was our room door had to be slammed to close it and then rechecked to make sure it was closed securely. Yes, I reported it to the front desk staff and was instructed that they knew about that door and yes I could have ask for another room but still in it anyways.You asked what I didn't like. 「My stay at the Cottages at Laurel Brooke was wonderful. I wasn't in the cottage 10 minutes and I found myself taking pictures of the whole place (down to the Sumatra Coffee pods I love and drink at home) and texting them to my wife to brag on the place. My entire 4 day weekend stay was peaceful and incredibly comfortable. The pillowtop bed was fantastic! I am disabled, have a $5k bed at home, and NEVER get good sleep in a hotel. I travel with my own $300 mattress topper anytime I travel by car....
