"This facility ought to be ashamed of their self. everything from the exterior of the property looked bad, worn down. the interior looked worn down and bad and dated, not fresh, not clean. the pool I don't even think they were treating the pool with chemicals. The hot tub l o l I would not go in it and you will see for yourself.It's disgusting and gross. my room was horrible smelled musty. The door to enter my room had a seam that you could see light through the hallway. You can imagine the sounds. I heard at night. The bedroom was disgusting. There was spills on countertops side of cabinets that were never wiped up broken pieces of of the furniture namely, where the TV set on trust. I have pictures of all this. The bathroom was disgusting. They never cleaned it when I checked in. It was dirty, they never cleaned it. My whole stay until the last night when I asked initially my first day to have it cleaned. They never attended to it at all. They made excuses. Someone forgot to tell somebody whatever I'm not sure if that even makes a difference. I couldn't use that if I had to pay my bill. OI don't have the money right now. I'll just stay and give it to you another time. That's the mentality that I was presented with. They took no care in their facility. Whatsoever, obviously family Indian owned. the 2nd floor was discussing the shuttle. Did not run as promised room had no private privacy. Due to the fact, cracks in the door that allowed light that you could see the hallway Bad."

"Front desk denied checkin. Never even saw a room. No refund. Our flights were cancelled. Last minute booking thru Expedia. We thought this would be a safe place to stay. Instead turned away at the front desk. Literally. "

"The property was under construction so I couldn’t use most of the amenities. Ceiling was cracked and leaking sewage water from above in the bathroom , lamps in the room was broken and inoperable, phone in the room was not working and the a/c heater unit would not cut off resulting in prolonged uncomfortable temperatures "

"First, I want to start with our check in, Mrs. Valerie was so pleasant in her welcoming us in and she answered any and all of our question. The room cleanliness was an A+ the bed was comfy, bath water was HOT loved it ..... OH MY GOODNESS when we went down for breakfast Mrs. Dee was so sweet and catered to everyone needs she should have a re staurant with those special eggs,WE LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THE BREAKFAST 💯👏👏.Mr. Leon maintance guy was a hoot loved his personality. THE GM Mrs.Melissa didn't miss a beat with interacting with the guess she made my Husband and I feel like shes known us for ever .The next time we're in Fairburn we will DIFFENTLY STAY HERE !!!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ONE BEST WE'VE HAD 💯👏👏👏"

"Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Not sure why they would rent that one out. Maintenance was definitely needed. Also room was not as clean as I would have expected. "

"This place is super adorable.It is about 40 mins away from Atlanta . The check in process was easy ,the front desk staff was very nice .We were late getting in but the attendant ensured that we would be fine and wished us safe travels after checking in on us while driving in . Although ,I booked thinking that it was a hotel (which was definitely a lack of reading on my end ) I still have zero complaints because I love how minimal and modern it is .Had I known that break fast wasn’t served ,I would have def brought a few things to cook but again ,that was due to me not reading. The property is secure ,no access is granted without a key & I love that . We didn’t have noise issues or anything ! The room was clean and you can also tell that The property is well cared for . I would honestly comeback again !"
