「Check in was delayed because they couldn’t find our Expedia reservation. Never really got a nice and hot shower, which was odd for a luxury hotel. Now the good… everything else was simply divine and we’d return in a heartbeat 💗 Thank you Namu and shout out to restaurant staff. Delightful!」

「Beautiful resort style hotel in the middle of the jungle, yet close enough to restaurants in town and the beach. It has its own private parking lot. Lobby is very nice and sheltered from the rain. Staff communicates everything you need to know and is very friendly. The welcome drinks were a nice touch. The pool is beautiful and clean. The bar is spacious and it seems there is something for everyone, even the kiddos. Our double twin room was spacious and clean. I only wish it had a bedside...

The hotel is a perfect hidden getaway in the middle of the jungle, literally, where you will hear howler monkeys every morning, have an incredible opportunity to see Parrots, and all kinds of other wonderful wildlife. The food at this hotel is on point and the staff is very accommodating. 10/10 I highly recommend.」

「I found a great spot to hang out in Puerto Viejo, and it's super close to all the action. The staff there was fantastic, always friendly and helpful, making the stay even better. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, which is always a huge plus in my book. Plus, the pool was the perfect place to chill out and unwind after a day of exploring. 」
