「The drive to the property was very nice. Once we. Checked in it seemed nice until the ants showed up! There was an army of ants which caused me to shorten my trip. I have never never seen that many ants in my life in a house and . I am 58 years. The whorl pool was dirty it wasn’t properly cleaned. It was very gross. 」

「The rooms were clean, but housekeeping is for every other day so you will have to call for extra towels. They do provide a washer and dryer for free, but it is only one on each floor and have to be shared. We stayed in Villa 2 which was close to the basketball court so that meant we heard everything! 「When we first entered our room, we thought it was great. Then as we started unpacking we noticed how dirty things were. Our daughter was going to sleep on the pull out sofa and there was popcorn and other food chunks in the sofa bed. We tried to make up the bed and there were no linens available. Called 3 times before we got anything. Ended up with 2 sets of sheets, 6 pillowcases, no pillows,and no blankets. Remotes didn't have batteries, so we had to call and get some.
