"We always stay here because they are pet friendly and our dogs are familiar with this hotel. This trip, we had a very pleasant clerk; he was very nice. I had a special request that my older pet has problems going up stairs and asked if we could get a bottom floor room. He was very accommodating and understanding, he gave us a bottom room.
