"The airport shuttle was supposed to run every 30 min, but did not come for more than 45 minutes. Only one person was dealing at the front desk, and it took long to complete check-in."

"Some of the area was very sketchy with people smoking marijuana outside and the room wasn’t even clean. There was throw up on the drawer that was there from the previous guest, and some of the bedspread had stains."
