Another negative was that the air conditioner was 1 foot from the bed. You could not sleep well because it would either be ice cold air conditioning ..."

"The room was fine. The problems were the room was not cleaned even though it was requested. Trash and towels piled up as a result. The elevator to the lobby was out. Bad news for us older folks who need to use the carts. No breakfast the second day. It was explained that they ran out of everything. ..."
