「Room not clean had to ask for towels and a flannel. The towels they gave us had a hole in one and the other was thin and frayed around the edges. Hot water in kitchen was like warm and had to boil the jug to do the dishes. Blanket for the bed had stains on it and we had constant noise from neighboring apartments at night and had to wear ear plugs to get any sleep.」

Even the staff helped us to replace another one, the new rice cooker still didn’t work. The bathroom and kitchen floors were dusty. Even the hotel was newly opened, the carpet on the floor had patches of stain. The management of the hotel should be aware of cleanliness.」
