Was expecting to be able to jump in the pool and hot tub but the pool was completely drained. The hot tub was warm but the jets seemed like they was only there to move the water around. My wife got bug bites next morning. And the swimming pool was freezing. 「Very limited check-in & check-out hours, but Manager did respond to my phone call, and I put my key in a locked box by the front door. No soap or shampoo in the room; fortunately I brought my own. Almost ran out of toilet paper; should have a spare roll if getting low. 」
