No hot water in shower. No washcloths or mat. Breakfast was cold(eggs/sausage). English muffins were frozen, and the toaster didn't work. These are things that should not happen in hospitality work

Cable signal went out multiple times and toilet was always clogged. Room is average, breakfast decent and staff very friendly

Hyatt Place Poughkeepsie / Hudson Valley
We stay in Poughkeepsie 5 to 10 times a year and I believe this will be our new go to. While the other hotel we stay at is lovely, we enjoyed the Hyatt a little bit better. Thank you for having us.
