「Staff here is amazing. Our flight was super early and we went to check in the bags so we could explore the city in the meantime. The staff was actually able to help us get checked in way earlier and help us get settled. Coffee smell in the lobby is also amazing and super welcoming. Room was wonderful. Great view, super clean and comfortable, perfect to unwind 」

「I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card.
And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself.
And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request.
I think they have many things need to be revamped.」
