"Last minute booking, room was nice, parking was nice and close. Hallways a bit run down. I paid for breakfast and it wasn’t on the booking leading to an awkward morning but it was charged back to room and sorted at check out. Pool is cold- more an fyi for other people. Was a nice area otherwise. Would stay again"

"We were able to check in early, which we really appreciated. The room was spotless, and the sheets and comforter felt crisp and fresh. The only downside for me was that the bed was a bit too soft. Our room had a water view and was very quiet. The location is excellent—I especially liked that it’s slightly removed from the busy central streets, yet still within easy walking distance to everything. The hotel isn’t overly fancy or decorated with luxurious touches, but it’s modern, sleek, and very clean, with all the essentials. The toiletries were high quality, including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion, and the towels were excellent. Having coffee and tea in the room, along with a small sink, utensils, and optional plates, made it especially convenient for a longer stay. The cleaning staff were energetic and professional. The front desk was very helpful, including printing our luggage tags for the cruise and answering any questions we had. It’s also worth noting that there’s a laundromat just four doors away, which is very convenient. We stayed here for five nights before our cruise and had a wonderful time exploring both nearby and farther areas."
