It was a Sunday so the hotel wasn’t fully booked. She didn’t give us the same check out time simply because she didn’t want to not because she couldn’t. Doesn’t seem like good business practice to value some customer needs but not others. I understand a late check out is a courtesy but the same gesture should be given to all customers "
