"I booked this stay knowing it was a smaller, older property by Lambeau. Primarily we wanted a place to crash after our concert and had no idea what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised to find the motel rooms clean with super comfy beds, plus fridge and coffeemaker in the room. Best of all, there is wonderful restaurant literal steps away, across the parking lot.(The cinnamon toast will change your life) Bay exceeded our hopes by a mile! We had expected it to be loud with so many concert goers and proximity to a major intersection, but it was QUIET even with windows on both the front and back of the room. Highly recommend and will stay again the next time we are in Green Bay."

"Air conditioning was not really very effective, place smelled like cat pee, hair all over the hallways, rooms were boarded up, not very room efficient electrical outlets. Half didnt even work. Things were broken, no shampoo. And you just felt like you got a STD and bedbug by walking in the place. And for $300+ for 1 night NEVER EVER again. Would not even waste $10 for a night stay there."

"Breakfast wasn't up to par vs other hotels I've stayed with. Probably would skip it. Hot tub was tiny and the jets werent powerful and they spashed in your face. Wasnt expecting the jet issues. Beds are on the rock hard side, but not the worst. Pretty quiet hotel and kept clean. People are nice there. For a 1 night stay it will do the trick. If you are on a multiple day trip and hot tub, bed firm/softness is a priority this hotel might not work for you. "
