"Room was great, very clean but a strange layout. A bit of a maze to get from our room to the reception area. Had a high ceiling, almost looked like a refurbished hospital, but nicely maintained. Excellent location, close walk to town centre and Christmas markets. Parking was convenient and free."

"We stayed at a room with type "Classic Suite, Private Bathroom" for one night in July. The room is too small for 4 people. Smell coming out from shower sink. The day of our stay it was quite hot and there was a vantilator in the room that was not working well and unfortunately the staff was not able to find an alternative solution. "Great stay! Beautiful hotel, lots of different buildings with different decor. Storks nesting on the brick tall chimney, such a nice treat. Food was great, staff super nice and helpful. They spoke English which was great because I took Spanish in school not German, so thank you! "

"Seventeen century German property with a newer annexe. Close to the Town centre. No on site restaurant, but there was a nice one within a three minutes walk. Nothing to dislike."

"The decor in the suite is lovely. The staff are friendly, welcoming and professional. We stayed in the family suite and the second room did not have a door. The tea/coffee station in the suite is very limited. The breakfast offering is great, unfortunately the breakfast room is too narrow."
