Insgesamt viel zu teuer für den Zustand des Hotels. Die Inneneinrichtung wirkt renovierungsbedürftig, ebenso das lieblos eingerichtete Zimmer, das Bad war nicht richtig sauber, der Teppich oll und verbraucht.

Vor dem Hotel nachts auf der Straße eine Gruppe von Leuten vor einer Bar die lautstark sich unterhielten und grölten. Habe mich beim Auschecken an der Rezeption darüber beschwert. Der Preis war im Nachhinein eine Katastrophe. 177,-€ mit Frühstück, was Tage später für die Hälfte angeboten wurde.

Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück ist super, da findet jeder etwas! Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Teppichboden, Dusche in der Badewanne, etc.! Eine Renovierung wäre zeitnah nötig!

Herforragendes Hotel für einen Kurzurlaub, auch mit Kinder. Zentral gelegen, kann man sämtliche Attraktionen von hier aus anfahren. Leider gibt es nicht genügend Parkplätze in der Teifgarage.

Wir haben zu dritt ein Zimmer gebucht, welches nicht vorbereitet war, es gab keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer, bei über 30Grad im Dachgeschoss, 2 Hauptstraßen vorm Hotel und somit bei offenem Fenster selbst Nachts kaum aushaltbar. Die Mitarbeiter waren bemüht, nur ist das Haus schon länger in die Jahre gekommen und sie konnten vielfach auch nichts machen.

Ich kann er nicht empfehlen, als wir um 19:15h Unsere Zimmer betraten, blickte ich in ein nicht gemachtes Zimmer, Bettwäsche war abgezogen und lag mitten im Zimmer rum, Müll vom Vorbenutzer lag auf dem Tisch und im Mülleimer noch rum. Im Badezimmer lagen benutzte Handtücher noch auf dem Boden. Als ich das Zimmer an der Rezeption storniert hatte, um ein neues zu bekommen, kam absolut keine Reaktion vom Mitarbeiter – er nahm das so einfach hin und reichte mir einen Schlüssel des neuen Zimmers. Auf die Frage, ob man vielleicht mal eine Entschuldung aussprechen könnte wenn um 19:15h !!! noch nicht das Zimmer gemacht war kam nur ein Schulterzucken. Im neuen Zimmer fast das gleiche Spiel, der Mülleimer im Bad war voll, u.a. mit einem Roten gebrauchten Teebeutel, und ja zum Glück war es wirklich NUR ein Teebeutel. Der Ventilator war locker 10 Jahre als und brachte bei der schwülen Temperatur nicht wirklich Besserung. Dies ist nun das zweite ACHAT Hotel, was ich nicht empfehlen kann, nochmal zu buchen.

Soweit alles ok.

Personal freundlich, bedient aber erstmal die eigenen Putzkräfte (Stundenzettel prüfen und abzeichnen). Das Hotel hat die besten Tage hinter sich und könnte mal eine Renovierung vertragen. Für eine Nacht ok. Tiefgarage ist vorhanden und sauber.

Pro: Wirklich Sauber, Personal war nett und günstiger Preis Contra: Einrichtung/ Ausstattung versetzt einen zurück in die 70er (also wirklich wirklich uralt) und wir haben keinen Hinweis bekommen, dass man für Housekeeping sich am Tresen für die einzelnen Tage eintragen muss und Garage recht schnell voll (es lohnt sich trotz „voll“ Schild nachzuschauen)

Die Zimmer sind ausreichend und zweckmäßig. Im Nassbereich Badezimmer waren für mein Empfinden paar Mankos: unsaubere Sulikonfugen, die Tür hatte im unteren Bereich durch Nässe ausgefranste Stellen ... Das Personal war sehr freundlich uns stets zur Seite. Die Nähe zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln(Bahnhof Buszentrale) und zur Altstadt ist sehr angenehm.
