"The room was clean, but not what we had asked for. We booked a room with a king bed. There wasn't one available when we got there. Breakfast was ok, nothing special,frozen egg patties, frozen sausage patties, Continental breakfast. The air conditioner blasted freezing cold just as we sat down to eat. The food got cold quick. The staff members were friendly "

"Stayed at the Clarion a couple nights and even though the main lobby/pool area was clean, our room was not. When we first went into the room, there was a used bar of soap on the floor as well as the shampoo and conditioners being half way full, showing that they were used. I told the front desk and they told me they'd let housekeeping know. I never heard back from them and the soap was still there when we left (we weren't going to touch it). Also, the elevators were hit or miss. One was completely down and the second one worked one minute, not the next so you had to walk down the stairs with luggage. Not fun. One nice perk was the complimentary shuttle to different places. That was convenient when going to Old Port."
