"Great location and the price through Expedia was reasonable. However, there was a $40 parking fee that wasn’t clearly advertised when booking. We had to request three room changes. The first room was next to a loud ice machine, the second had a strong cat urine smell, and the third room on the second floor was finally perfect. The beds were a bit firm, but I still slept great. Breakfast was decent, especially the fresh fruit, although the coffee wasn’t great (and I’m a big coffee drinker). The pool water was too cold and could use some TLC, and I wish there was a hot tub. Check-in and check-out were very easy. One thing that made me uncomfortable was a homeless man sleeping outside who later made his way into the lobby. When I mentioned it to the front desk, they handled it right away and asked him to leave. Overall, good location and price, but a few issues during the stay."

"Breakfast doesn’t even start until 7. We had to leave before that. Many people stay for business and are gone by then. Also it was very cold and icy. The parking lot was pure ice and there was no salt or sand put down. We both almost landed on our faces and we had 2 children with us. "
