"Good hotel for the price. Interesting that the rooms do not have carpet but hard floors which are probably easier to keep clean. Breakfast was OK but not outstanding as some other chains have. Room was quiet. Rooms and bathrooms were in good shape but whoever did the drywall repairs, painting and calking did a poor job. I would setay here again if in the area and didn't wish to be downtown."

"Hotel was worth the price. Staff was friendly and helpful at check-in. Room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. We were up graded to a courtyard facing room and it was quiet. Overall, the hotel was worth the price and satisfactory."

"Choose this hotel for the excellent location and proximity to things downtown not for a high end experience. This hotel has a great walkable location, was comfortable, and relatively clean. It needs some updating but we were only there to sleep so didn’t mind."

"Very nice hotel, nice staff. Good location in Portland. As with most cities, evidence of local homeless population is obvious. Parking garage is next door and very convenient."
