"Clean room, restful night."

"Stayed one night before flying out..Can only recommend it. Clean, quiet, friendly staff, close to international terminal. Would even stay longer and take the bus into Auckland. "

"Postive points about this hotel was that it was close to where we needed to be and there was plenty of free parking - we felt safe returning at night. Negative points were there weren't any staff I think after 10pm. We returned to our room for the second night to find the room hadn't been serviced (the hotel information literature states the room is serviced daily) so we didn't have any dry towels and we couldn't request any as there weren't any staff. Overall an average stay. We had a room on the second floor overlooking the main road outside so we weren't able to open the curtains as you could see in from the street. The bed was too bouncy for our preference and the only shelf in the bathroom was fitted at a slant so you couldn't put anything on it! "
