「Beautiful hotel and location 」

「The hotel was very calm and quiet. Room was comfortable and clean. The 415 bus to York was easy to access. A good choice available for breakfast. Evening mesls st the Fat Abbott pub were fantastic. Lovely pub with great good. Cloisters Spa was really good and i enjoyed an excellent full body swedish massage. Excellent. Relaxing 2 night stay, just what I needed. 」

「Was staying only for one night. A stunning building. Room very clean. Bed very comfortable - had trouble waking up! A delicious cooked breakfast which also included pastries and croissants. Helpful and friendly lady on the desk in Health Spa.」

「I’ve stayed here many times. Rooms are clean, tidy and well looked after. The TV is very small though, so if you want to watch something, it could be a bit of a challenge. The hotel is in a safe countryside area. I like that there’s nothing else around, but others might prefer more nearby. Hot fresh breakfast is good, but the coffee isn’t great. I’d like to see more fruit and yoghurt options as I don’t eat a full breakfast. I’ll happily stay again. 」
